How To Apply Online For A Certificate Of Good Conduct

  8. Next, schedule a finger-scanning appointment and complete the aforementioned forms on the chosen date. Through the eCitizen site, you can change the date of your appointment.
  9. You will receive a notification through email with a link to download your certificate of good behavior      once the process has been completed and authorized. You can also see if the certificate is available for download by logging into your eCitizen portal account.
