  4. Original Board Resolution on company letterhead, stamped or sealed by the company, and signed by at least two directors within 30 days, stating:
  • Authorization to open a paybill account or do business on the company’s behalf.
  • Appointed signatories who can submit copies of their identification documents.

  2. A copy of the CR12 with a 30-day validity period or the annual returns with the filing receipt
  3. A copy of a utility bill or business photograph to attest to the business’s presence
  4. A copy of the person opening the account’s identification documents, such as a passport or an alien certificate for foreign nationals or a copy of their national ID or military service number.
  5. Returned checks or a letter from the bank confirming the bank’s information

After fulfilling the aforementioned prerequisites, you can fill out this form and send it to the enterprise unit at the Safaricom House on Waiyaki Way.
