Select M-Pesa
Select Lipa na M-Pesa option

Enter the 10 digit Bank account number.
Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
Enter your M-pesa pin
Verify if all details are correct and press Send.

Confirm the details displayed on the page which you selected in steps 3, 4 and 5. The recipient’s name will also be displayed
After selecting confirm, you will receive a confirmation SMS notification indicating the name of the recipient, amount sent and bank name.

How To Send Money To Other Banks From FCB Account Using Mobile Phone

You can now send up to Ksh999,999 from your First Community Bank Account to any other bank account in Kenya 24/7. Follow these steps.

Using the USSD code *342#, log in and select PesaLink on the main menu.
Select ‘Send to Account’ under the PesaLink menu option.
Enter the recipient’s account number.
Select the first letter of the bank name from the list provided.
Select the bank name from the list displayed.
Enter amount to pay.
Enter Reason for Payment.
Confirm the details displayed on the page which you selected in steps 3, 5 and 6.
After selecting confirm, you will receive a confirmation notification from FCB indicating the name of the Recipient’s account number, Bank name, amount sent and reason for payment.

How To Register For First Community Banking Services

To enroll for First Community Bank mobile banking services, follow these steps;

Using the USSD code *342#, log in and select ‘PesaLink’ on the main menu.
Select ‘Link your Phone’ under the PesaLink menu option.
Enter your ID number, followed by your email address.
Select Confirm/Cancel to make this the primary account for receiving PesaLink payments.
After selecting ‘confirm’, you will receive an SMS notification confirming you have successfully linked your phone to your bank account.

How To Send Money From FCB Account To Card

You can also send money from your bank account directly to a card. Follow these steps;

Using the USSD code *342#, log in and select ‘PesaLink’ on the main menu.
Select ‘Send to Card’ under the PesaLink menu option.
Enter the recipient’s card number.
Enter the amount.
Enter Reason for Payment.
Confirm the details displayed on the page which you selected in steps 3 and 4. The recipient’s name will also be displayed.
After selecting confirm, you will receive a confirmation notification from FCB indicating the name of the Recipient’s card number, amount and reason for payment.

FCB Popote is an app that connects you to your bank account and enables you to access your funds for use from your mobile device. From the app you can;

Get balance enquiries and mini statements
Transfer money to Mpesa transactions – own number and third party transfer
Buy airtime – Safaricom and Airtel
