Zuku is one of the leading pay-tv service providers licensed by the communications authority of Kenya. The other pay-tv providers include GoTv Africa, StarTimes, and DStv. The pay-tv service will give you access to a certain number of channels at a monthly cost usually called bouquets.

Zuku offers two options for connection to pay tv.

  • Through a fiber connection
  • Through a satellite dish connection.

Every month, or periodically you are supposed to make payments to access these channels failure to which you are disconnected.

Zuku Paybill Numbers

Zuku has a paybill number 320323 for the Zuku satellite. You will use these paybill numbers to make the payments depending on what you use in the following simple steps;

  1. Go to the M-pesa menu
  2. choose Lipa na M-pesa
  3. Choose paybill
  4. Enter paybill number 320323 for the Zuku satellite
  5. Enter your Zuku account number
  6. Enter the amount you are paying and press ok.
  7. You will receive a confirmation message from Safaricom and from Zuku confirming your payment.

You may need to keep the messages in case you need them in the future. Remember to load your M-pesa with some extra cash for the paybill transaction charges that will be deducted.

Can You Pay Zuku With Safaricom App?

Absolutely yes. You can use the Safaricom App to make payments for Zuku by following these simple steps.

  1. Open the Safaricom app and choose bill manager
  2. Navigate to the popular tab. Here you will find the most common bills that most people pay and Safaricom has identified them as the most popular.
  3. Scroll down to Zuku Tv
  4. Enter your Zuku account number and the amount you wish to pay and press continue.
  5. Enter your M-pesa pin and click ok.

How To Pay Zuku Using Airtel Money

You can also pay for Zuku using Airtel money by following these steps;

  1. Go to Airtel ->Airtel money option on your phone
  2. Choose make payments option
  3. Choose pay bill option
  4. Select OTHER
  5. Enter business name ZUKUSAT
  6. Enter the amount you wish to pay
  7. Enter your Airtel money pin
  8. In reference section enter your Zuku account number
  9. You will receive a confirmation SMS from Airtel Money and email from Zuku.

How To Pay Zuku Using Equitel

You can also pay Zuku using your equitel line by following these steps.

  1. Go to Sim toolkit and select Equitel on your phone
  2. Choose my Money option
  3. Select send/Pay option
  4. Select the account you wish to pay from
  5. Select others and Enter Business no. 320323
  6. Enter your Zuku account number
  7. Enter the Amount you wish to pay
  8. Enter your Equitel PIN and Send
  9. You will receive a confirmation SMS from Equitel confirming the payment was successful.

How To Pay Zuku Through Eazzy Banking App

You can also pay for your Zuku account using the Equity Bank Eazzy Banking app by following these steps;

  1. Log into the Eazzy Banking App
  2. Click on the [+] sign
  3. Select Eazzy Pay
  4. Select Pay bill Type Zuku to search for Pay bill number or Type 320323
  5. Enter your Zuku Account number E.g. ZukuXXX
  6. Enter Amount
  7. Confirm details
  8. Enter PIN. You will receive a confirmation SMS
