Step 1: Visit the www.appointment.hudumakenya.go.ke appointment site. Click on Register.
Step 2: Enter your National ID and First Name.
Step 3: Create and confirm your password. Once you register, you will receive an activation code via text.
Step 4: Enter the activation code and login to the Huduma Appointment booking page.
Step 5: Click on New Appointment.
Step 6: Select the Huduma Centre that is near you or convenient to you.
Step 7: Select the service that you would like to be assisted on.
Step 8: Select the appointment date.
Step 9: Choose the time that is convenient for you.
Step 10: Click on save the appointment.
You will receive a text message on your phone that confirms your appointment.

How to change your Huduma Appointment
It is possible to reschedule your Huduma appointment. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the My Appointment menu
Step 2: Select the appointment that you had booked earlier.
Step 3: Select the new appointment date.
Step 4: Select the new appointment hour.
Step 5: Click on the save app.
You will receive a new text message with the new appointment date and time.
